Toll Exemption to officials of state forest department on Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg Date.. 15.01.2024

 This is to bring to your kind attention the condition no. 36 of the MOEF clearance for DPR package 5 of the Samruddhi Mahamarg which reads as below:
"Vehicles and officials of the State Forest Department should be allowed free access on the road without any sort of fee/toll;"
As per the toll notification dated 16th December 2022 of Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, the vehicles of officers inspecting and monitoring the Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg are exempted from payment of toll. The same has been communicated to PWD also vide this office letter dated 17th April 2023 in reply to a query raised by the Hon'ble Minister Shri. Sudhir Mungantiwar.
In view of the above condition of MOEF clearance and the provision of toll notification, it is necessary that the regional forest offices under your respective jurisdictions are informed about the aforesaid exemption in the toll notification. Copies of the toll notifications dated 16th December 2022 read with 9th December 2022 and a copy of the letter dated 17th April 2023 are enclosed herewith for information and further necessary action at your end.
