S.O. 4765(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Forest (Conservation) Amendment Act, 2023 (15 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1 day of December, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into the force.
का. आ. 4765 (अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, वन (संरक्षण) संशोधन अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 15) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 1 दिसंबर, 2023 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिन तारीख को उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।
