With regard to the Orders issued by the State Government- Break the Chain' dated 13th April, 2021, the following are being added under essential services -
a. All operations related to forestry as declared by the Forest Department
b. Aviation and related services (airlines, airports, maintenance, cargo, ground services, catering, fueling, security, etc.)
With reference to the Section 144 that is being imposed in the State vide the above mentioned order, the same may be read as Section 144 under the CRPC Act.
