अधिसूचना 

नई दिल्ली, 8 नवम्बर, 2023

का.आ. 4882 (अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, जन विश्वास ( उपबंधों का संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 18 ) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) की धारा 1 की उपधारा 2 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, तारीख 15 नवंबर, 2023 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिसको भारतीय वन अधिनियम, 1927 (1927 का 16) से संबंधित उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध, जहां तक उनका संबंध उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची के क्रम संखायंक 4 और उसकी प्रविष्टियों से है, प्रवृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th November, 2023

S.O. 4882(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2023 (18 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15 November, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, in so far as it relates to serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto in the schedule to the said Act, relating to the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (16 of 1927) shall come into force.
